For defective products, email us at [email protected]. We will refund or reprint at no cost if the product is flawed, there’s a design error, or the product details (type, size) do not match your order.
What Should You Do?
Report any issues within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order ID and a picture of the defective item to [email protected]. Refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days, with refunds typically arriving in 2-3 business days.
Returns
No need to return defective items. Refunds are usually processed in 2-3 business days.
No Refunds, Reprints, or Returns for:
- Orders not arriving due to incorrect address or other factors within your control.
- Delays or losses caused by customs, natural disasters, or if the item shows as “delivered.”
Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel an order after purchase. A 10% fee applies. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel as the item will be in production.
