About Late Deliveries
Our shipping partners strive to deliver your package on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as incorrect address details, missing apartment or unit numbers, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures. Mosbusia.com is not liable for delays caused by these factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there is no tracking information available initially, the package may not have been processed yet. Tracking events will appear once the package is scanned into the carrier’s system.
Multiple Items in an Order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. It’s normal to receive items at different times; rest assured, all items are on their way.
Order Confirmation Issues
If you haven’t received any order confirmation emails, it could be due to an incorrect email address entered during checkout. We send several emails throughout the process (order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice). Contact us if you suspect an error, and we’ll update your email address.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses
We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are initially handled by DHL Global Mail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Delivery to APOs may take up to 45 additional days. Tracking may not update once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons, and we may lose visibility of your order.
